Question: What could i take today to keep from feeling sick since i spilled my methadone dose this morning?

It really depends on how much methadone you take, also is your next collection due the next day from the pharmacy? Regular over the counter meds would not really provide you with the help you need. Have you contacted your doctor or drug team for advice?

Oil of peppermint. it really helps get rid of that sick feeling. Don't no about H but it helps with a come down from mdma

Something that would stop the nausea, like Gravol and some Tylenol for any pain or discomfort. If you have access to Valium that would do wonders as well. good luck
