What could I take today to keep from feeling sick since I spilled my methadone dose this morning?
I am 8 days from my last methadone dose (5mg) took for almost a year.?
I haven't been vomiting at all, but I haven t slept at all. I am also very weak and irratible. I took 2 Vicodin yesterday and 2 vicodin and 3 perk 5 325 today just to try to get some sleep. My question is that by doing this it is not slowing down ridding my body of methadone and slowing up my withdrawel. I'm not worried about getting addicted to the pain med again as my tolerance is so high old habit of snorting 800mg oxy daily just used the perks and vics to try to relieve some withdrawel. Any comments on this appreciated

Last week, I increased my methadone dose from 40mgs to 50mgs because I felt the 40mgs wasn't lasting long enough, I had been on the 40mgs for about a month. This week I decided to go up just 10mgs more, and I have been on that for about 3 days now. Ever since going up to 60mgs I have been sleeping anywhere between 12 and 18 hours every day, and I have had a couple days over the past week or so where I felt that I wasn't breathing properly, like I couldn't get enough air. I'm worried that I could be slowly easing myself into an overdose is this likely?

Im on methadone maitenance for my drug addiction. Lately I been getting tired. Does this mean that I need an increase in my dosage?
