What sort of clinic do you go to that closes for 3 days straight, that seems highly irresponsible on their part? First of all, call the clinic anyway and leave a message. They should have a nurse on call or checking voicemails and might be able to help. Secondly, almost every major city has a clinic that is open every day of the week where you could go and guest dose...it may require you to call around to other major cities in your state. Whatever you do, don't drink alcohol. Don't buy it on the street either because just because they say it is a certain dose does not mean it is. These are the two leading causes of methadone death. Your detox will not be pleasant, if it is bad enough go to the ER and tell them you take methadone but didn't get to dose. Or go to a detox facility, they will most likely give you suboxone. |
